The MEPD assessment team

Our advisors specialize in these assessments. Depending on your needs, we use standardized personality tests (such as behavior, competencies) and/or intelligence tests (such as insight, analytical skills). The involvement of a psychologist and role play is possible as an addition.

An assessment lasts half a day or a full day (by agreement). All tests are discussed afterward with a certified advisor. You will then receive written and/or oral feedback, with clear advice and answers to the research question.

The selection assessment answers the question to what extent a candidate is suitable for a particular position or role. The development assessment maps out the development potential of an employee—what can or should be developed and which development method to choose.

Yes, beforehand we jointly determine which three or four competencies are the most important. These competencies are then specifically highlighted in our report.

 

The assessment takes half a day and takes place at one of our locations. If role plays are also included, you can expect a full day. The total duration of the assessment is determined in consultation.
