Meet our colleagues
Certifications
Working on work means working on people’s lives. Quality is important. To ensure this, we are affiliated with various sector organizations (such as OVAL) and have several certifications (including NOLOC) and quality marks (including Blik op Werk). We are regularly checked to meet all requirements and conditions, and customer satisfaction is measured.
Foundation
MEPD (formerly Metalektro Personeelsdiensten) was founded in 1992 by employers and employee organizations on the initiative of Hollandse Signaalapparaten (now Thales) Hengelo. The goal was to help workers from the technical sector who, for whatever reason, lose their job to find a new job. Preferably within this sector, so that these skilled professionals are retained for the industry.
We are proud that, through our foundation, we have supported many people. That clients and participants highly value our personal approach. With our career counselors, we are eager to continue making a difference in people’s lives for years to come.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of MEPD consists of representatives from employers’ and employees’ organizations active in the technical sector:
Jan Baake, Gerard van Dijk, John Dollenkamp and Arjan Ellenbroek.
FNV, CNV and De Unie were involved at various stages in Foundation MEPD (formerly Metalektro Personeelsdiensten foundation). The unions took part in the joint board for over 20 years (1992-2025) and helped MEPD develop into what it is today. An unmissable partner in the manufacturing industry and technology, when it comes to development, outplacement or employability.
