Our advisors specialize in a range of assessment methods. Depending on your needs, we use standardized personality assessments, for example to measure behavior and competencies, as well as cognitive ability tests that provide insight into areas such as analytical thinking and problem-solving.
If needed, a psychologist or role-play exercise can also be included.
An assessment takes half a day or a full day, depending on the agreed approach. The results are always discussed with a certified advisor. You then receive clear verbal and/or written feedback, including practical recommendations and answers to the questions you want the assessment to address.
The selection assessment answers the question to what extent a candidate is suitable for a particular position or role. The development assessment maps out the development potential of an employee—what can or should be developed and which development method to choose.
Yes, beforehand we jointly determine which three or four competencies are the most important. These competencies are then specifically highlighted in our report.
The assessment takes half a day and takes place at one of our locations. If role plays are also included, you can expect a full day. The total duration of the assessment is determined in consultation.
