Rapid growth, big steps
When a company grows quickly, you also take significant steps in your development. The focus is then on making progress and implementing business and quality processes. Decisions are made mainly from a commercial standpoint. This strong growth and focus on innovation also created the need to bring employees along in the process.
From individual to group thinking
A collective behavioral change from individual to group thinking is no simple task. Although many companies make it seem like the most natural thing in the world. To properly guide this process, we found a partner in MEPD. Despite the not-so-concrete assignment and our skepticism towards “airy-fairy sessions,” MEPD convinced us to just get started and to shape the process along the way. It was an unfamiliar step. As a technical company, you are used to first mapping out your plans before carrying them out. However, our trust in MEPD has proven to be fully justified.
Trust earned in no time
The knowledge, and especially the expertise, in the area of personal and team development that MEPD demonstrated showed results after just two sessions! The combination of a well-structured program and the experienced and approachable coaches quickly earned the trust of our employees. This allowed us to immediately start focusing on improvement.
Professionalization through knowledge
We see our organization becoming more professional. Not only in knowledge of our field, but especially through the knowledge people now have of one another. Our teams were already working together based on individual expertise. Now, they work as a single unit with the same goal—and, above all, the same feeling. MEPD has become a part of our ambition.
