Practical leadership in the workplace
In this training, you will develop the leadership skills to effectively take the lead as your manager’s back-up. You will learn how to give direction, motivate, and maintain an overview, while working as part of the team.
Training content
This interactive workshop covers, among other things, the following topics:
- Your role in the team and the organization
- What do I have or not have influence over (circle of influence)
- What are the practical challenges
- Conversation techniques, listening skills, and asking the right questions
- How do you start a conversation with your colleagues
Giving and receiving positive and corrective feedback - What is your own responsibility and where does it end
- Mutual cooperation and teamwork
- How to get your colleagues engaged

- Group size: 4 – 10 participants
- Duration: 3 sessions (over 2 months)
