In my view, motivated and engaged employees are essential for the success of any organization. From personal experience, I know that job satisfaction is one of the key drivers of motivation.
MEPD helps people and organizations discover new insights, opportunities, and possibilities. This suits me well. I get a lot of energy from being able to contribute to the growth of employees and organizations. Every organization and every person is unique. With my extensive experience at the intersection of people and organizations, I am able to help clients with various (career) development issues.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, having food and drinks with friends and family, and taking long walks in the forest with our dog. I also like to go cycling on my road bike whenever I can.
