Good employees do not automatically make a good team. When people in teams collaborate effectively, they can make an even greater difference for your organization! There is still potential for improvement in many teams. MEPD helps people and teams get moving and make a difference.

Aligning objectives for the team development training
Before the team development training, we coordinate the objectives of the collaboration training together with the team’s manager and team members. In team sessions led by a certified team coach, we work towards these goals. To map out personal learning goals, strengths, and pitfalls, we also conduct an interview with each participant.
Through reflection and insight, not only the team develops, but each individual team member as well. Noticeable increased engagement is the result. This directly impacts turnover and absenteeism within your organization. With self-management, you will see more knowledge and ownership within the organization. Taking responsibility, keeping agreements, and truly contributing to the organization. Through talent development, leaders step up and change agents get their stage. The potential of your people and team is better utilized. All this leads to visibly better results.
Your team – guided by a coach from MEPD – uses an online tool. During each session, feedback is provided on the team’s needs. There is a starting point and an end point: the organization defines the objective. How we get there is determined by the team. The team decides the path to the objective. The teamwork training does not tell the team what they should or should not do; it is a unique method for learning together, steering together, and leading together.
