Modular and transparent approach is very special

“After the factory closed at the end of 2015, the most important thing for me was that almost 150 employees could get a new future and job. In addition to financial compensation, there was a generous budget for outplacement and training. We outsourced this to MEPD, on the advice of the trade union. At first, I was skeptical. We had a difficult group, with a high average age, and for many it was their first and only job. As the end of the process approaches, I am extremely satisfied with the results achieved by the MEPD team. MEPD supports people in dealing with the loss of their job.
