“Yes, I was disappointed. And I also found it quite incomprehensible that I was let go; it was so busy. I needed some time to come to terms with the fact that I no longer had a job. At MEPD, there was room for that; you close one chapter and have to start over. The good conversations I had with my coach really helped me. Moreover, I felt that I was allowed to set my own pace. No pushing, and there was room for things other than just finding work. I hadn’t expected that at all. It was so humane, while at the same time they gave me the necessary nudges to take action.”
