“I had to start thinking about my future: Do I really want to keep doing this type of work? About six months ago, I was told that after 12 years, my position was being eliminated (because my responsibilities were moving to Pisa). I had to start considering my future: Do I really want to continue doing this kind of work? So much has happened in the past two years, both personally and at work. I thought to myself: Who am I really? What do I want, and what am I capable of? Together with my HR colleague, we decided that I could start working on this with MEPD. The first introductory meeting was simply pleasant and very accessible. It felt like we had known each other for a long time already. It just felt good and comfortable. I have that same feeling with my career coach. I took some tests, which have given me insight into myself but also really confirmed who I am. Of course, I already knew, but I was still insecure about it. Thanks to the results, I can now confidently say that I am social and helpful. The next challenge is to further explore what I want and what I can do.”

How can we help you further?
