Taking control yourself gives a lot of energy

“I have a positive nature and I’m not someone who gives up easily. On top of that, I also felt like I had grown complacent in my work. Now everything was open again and I began to see the possibilities. That this happened to me felt, and still feels, like a huge gift. The door was slightly open and I threw it wide open. My own happiness—I determine that myself. For too long, I let that depend on an employer I’d outgrown. Now I see that I let it happen myself. I’ll never let it get that far again. I want to work with pleasure and continue to develop myself. Taking control myself gives me a lot of energy. It feels like I’m heading into a second youth.”
