Effective communication
We are not always aware of how we come across to others and what our communication style does to the other person. Would you like to help your employees present themselves more strongly and communicate more self-confidently? In this multi-day effective communication training, employees will learn to communicate in a more customer-oriented manner, both with colleagues and clients.
Training content
This multi-day training covers, among other things, the following topics:
- What are your communication preferences?
- What is miscommunication and how do you recognize it?
- How do you steer a conversation?
- What does internal and external communication entail?
- We practice a lot using practical examples and role plays.
The training can be tailored in consultation with your organization for a customized experience.
