Since March 2025 I have been working at MEPD. What drives me is the fascinating combination of people, work, and development. With a background in HR, occupational and organizational psychology, and experience in both management and commercial positions, I primarily offer practical support and development at all organizational levels; from the shop floor and customer service to team leaders and management.
My approach focuses on customized training and personal development, with an emphasis on themes such as personal leadership, communication, feedback, and collaboration. In this, I help individuals and teams to realize their potential. I also ensure that the guidance offered is directly applicable and matches everyday practice. At MEPD, I also provide our clients with outplacement programs and sustainable development.
My services are available in both Dutch and English, which offers clear added value, especially for international organizations.
In addition to my work at MEPD, I regularly teach salsa and am a national-level referee on behalf of the KNHB.
