Within MEPD, I work as a second-track reintegration specialist. With my background in employment services and my experience in connecting people and organizations, I understand how important it is to search for a new, suitable work environment that does justice to someone's talents and ambitions.
As a second-track reintegration specialist at MEPD, I guide employees on a daily basis. My goal is to help them find a new job in a sustainable and professional way, one that matches their qualities, wishes, and the opportunities in the labor market. No two processes are the same. By listening carefully and actively thinking along, I ensure that each process receives the attention and guidance needed for a good result.
In my free time, I like to stay active. Playing football, running, and golfing are some of my hobbies. I also enjoy weekend getaways with my girlfriend, for example to Terschelling, to fully relax.
