With my background in business administration and extensive experience as a career coach and relationship manager in the world of outplacement and coaching, I started in 2018 with great pleasure as Career Advisor & Relationship Manager at MEPD.
Guiding employees, individually or in groups, towards new suitable work gives me a lot of satisfaction. It is often an exciting period in their lives. Consulting together with (new) clients to do this in a careful way never bores me.
Additionally, there is plenty of room to work together with our clients on practical tailor-made solutions in the areas of development, stress prevention, team coaching, and sustainable employability.
