Since 2008, I have been working in job placement, where I helped employees and freelancers find new jobs or assignments within the technical sectors of metalworking and installation technology. What I missed in this role was having deeper conversations and offering real quality support.
MEPD gives me the opportunity, as a career advisor, to provide this depth and quality to candidates. It makes me genuinely happy to truly make a difference for people each time. Thanks to my technical knowledge and many years of experience in job placement, I can easily empathize with both employers and employees.
I get personal satisfaction from looking at and discussing what really makes you happy together. And finding out what fits you in your next career step—and closing this process with a positive result.
In my free time, I enjoy walking with our dog and often spend time on the water.
