Yes, I was disappointed. And I also found it quite incomprehensible that I was let go; it was so busy. I needed some time to come to terms with the fact that I no longer had a job. At MEPD, there was space for that; you close a chapter and you have to start anew. The good conversations I had with my coach helped me with that. Moreover, I felt like I could set my own pace. No pushing, and there was room for matters beyond just finding work. I really hadn’t expected that. It was so human, while at the same time they gave me just the encouragement I needed to take steps forward.
