My role in the team
With the help of a game and a questionnaire about your personality, you will find out what type you are. You will gain (more) insight into yourself and your other team members. It shows what type you are and how you act in the group. In addition, you will learn how to better connect with your colleagues in the team.
Workshop contents
Before and during the workshop, the following topics will be covered:
- Beforehand, each participant completes a behavior and motivators assessment
- Then follows the workshop with the team, including:
- Explanation and insight into the team profile
- Discussing the differences and preferences in behavior
- Practical tools for daily practice
- Exercises for better collaboration within your team

Group size: 4 – 10 participants
Duration: half a day
Location: in-company or at MEPD’s location
Price: in-company per group € 2,000
Open registration: € 500 per participant
