Relationship Manager

You enjoy being on the road, easily join clients at the table, and quickly sense what’s going on. You build trust and know the world of Metalektro and Manufacturing. You don’t just see machines, but especially the people who work with them. Does this sound like you? Then you might just become the new face of MEPD North East.
For our MEPD North East team (offices in Hengelo, Zwolle, and Drachten), we are looking for a relationship manager. You can easily switch between HR, management, and employees. You think along, ask sharp questions, get to the core when necessary, and bring lightness and humor. With your open attitude, you build lasting relationships.
Your day revolves around people and relationships. You connect, think ahead, and turn opportunities into solutions that benefit both clients and participants. You’ll be doing things like:
- maintaining warm, genuine relationships with existing clients
- actively building new contacts
- brainstorming solutions that fit both client and participant, from outplacement and training/workshops to reintegration and career development
- guiding projects from the first conversation and quote to evaluation
- working together with our career advisors and project support
- keeping up with developments in Metalektro and Manufacturing
- and if it suits you: giving a workshop or training yourself
You love people and the story behind their question. You’re not afraid to dig deeper and stay curious. You are someone who:
- gets energy from making contact and building relationships
- easily connects with HR and wants to know what’s really going on
- sees and seizes commercial opportunities
- has a bachelor’s level of work and thinking and knows HR services or wants to grow in it
- listens, connects, and follows through
- loves working together and ensures a positive atmosphere
- lives in the triangle of Zwolle, Ommen, Hoogeveen
