As project support, I am the linchpin behind the scenes. I ensure processes run smoothly, schedules are accurate, and colleagues and clients quickly receive the right information. Bringing structure, maintaining oversight, and thinking ahead come naturally to me.
I work closely with our consultants, trainers, and coaches. I keep a keen eye for detail as well as for the person behind the work. Because when the basics are well arranged, there is space for development and movement.
