My passion for people and work comes together in my job as a career advisor. With my background in HR, I think from a broader perspective. This can be valuable for both participants and organizations.
As a career advisor, I gladly help participants move forward. I truly believe that everyone possesses valuable qualities to achieve success. I also encourage awareness and self-reliance; I provide the tools people can use to build with. They’re building their own treasure chest filled with discoveries, development, and opportunities.
I like to pass on a positive mindset in my guidance and coaching; thinking in terms of possibilities. By combining my intuition and rationality, I empathize as much as possible. Who is the person behind the person? What do you need? What makes you happy?
Outside of work, I’m often found underwater. Diving in the Netherlands or in a tropical country is one of my favorite hobbies.
