My passion is coaching people in their personal growth and development. That gives me a lot of energy and job satisfaction. I wish the same for everyone.
I am genuinely interested in people and curious about their motivations. Personal attention, integrity, humor, and a pragmatic approach characterize the way I work.
Together with the participant, we discuss and define the need and goal. I look beyond just the career question, including areas like vitality and stress counseling. I can draw on my many years of work experience as a coach/career advisor as well as my personal experiences.
To support this process, I can use a wide variety of assessment tools. In my experience, change does not happen by itself. Something has to happen before something happens, as Johan Cruijff said.
