Since 2008, I have been working within the SME and school sector as a coach, trainer, and HR advisor. Most of the time, I was brought in as a trouble-shooter. It often emerged during the final evaluation that people had waited too long to seek professional support. Sometimes, I missed the challenge of being able to step in proactively at an earlier stage.
In my new role as relationship manager at MEPD, I am eager to engage in conversations to explore preventive job satisfaction within your organization. Thinking ahead and investing in employees, especially while it’s not too late… Whether it’s about sustainable employability, personal development, or outplacement, I would love to work together to look at the possibilities within the changes the current market inevitably brings.

Outside of work, I am actively involved with promising young people who do not fit into the regular school system and I enjoy photography and sports.
