A high level of engagement

“All I can say is that I am extremely positive about the collaboration with MEPD. With a great deal of professionalism, our employees were supported in their search for a new job. Many had been with Howden for a long time and had lost touch with the application process. These people were excellently assisted with, among other things, application training: learning how to search for vacancies (which were also provided by MEPD), writing a CV and cover letter, and conducting job interviews. This was done without ‘pampering’ them and while emphasizing their own responsibility in this area. In addition to support with job applications, in certain individual cases, we had assessments carried out. The personal guidance given to those involved was very well taken care of. The feedback to me as the client went extremely well. Good, comprehensive monthly updates about the status of each trajectory. This also demonstrated the high level of engagement from the guidance team. I am glad that we chose to work with MEPD in this area.
