“I got in touch with MEPD because of an employee we wanted to guide towards other work: a Work-to-Work program. Joost from MEPD came by and it just clicked. Although I know these people are no longer in the right place, they often don’t feel that way themselves. They are sad and upset. I really like that I can offer them a program. So they can move in a direction that suits them better. And hopefully, they will experience that for themselves. We also use MEPD for coaching programs. Sometimes an employee doesn’t quite know where they stand anymore. Or an employee is searching: what really suits me. In these situations, we encourage them to take advantage of a career counseling program. So they can truly reach their full potential. Moreover, it’s great that there’s someone who listens to you. Someone who offers you tools and knows what you need to grow further. A personality or competency test can provide so much clarity.”
