Collaboration and brainstorming highly valuable

“We approached MEPD to support us with our questions regarding sustainable employability. After several discussions, a workshop was developed on this theme. Together with various MEPD trainers, we delivered this workshop to our employees. The purpose of the workshop was to make our staff aware of their own sustainable employability, to provide practical tools, but also to discuss what both employee and employer can do to initiate the topic of sustainable employability within our organization. The Sustainable Employability workshop was well received by both our staff and the organization. The collaboration and brainstorming with the trainers on this topic was experienced as highly valuable.”
