Teamwork training – what can you expect?
With teamwork training, your team will be able to respond to each other better and improve mutual cooperation. This can lead to better results and the entire organization/company will benefit from improved collaboration. Want to learn more about teamwork training? Below we briefly explain what you can expect from our collaboration course. This team program consists of two phases. Phase 1 is the introduction and assignment analysis + getting to know the team (also one-on-one). Then follow five sessions with the team:
- Team assignment: looking at the team (by yourself or with others)
- Team monitor: how is the team organized
- Personal impact: what is your role in the team
- Communication: how is collaboration going
- Ambition map: from insight to action
Thanks to these sessions, the team will gain a better picture of the entire team as well as their individual place within the team.
