I started to see the positive side of it

I retired a few years earlier than planned. When it became clear that there was a suitable arrangement for me, I was able to say goodbye to my job a bit earlier. That took some getting used to. At first, I resisted, but later I saw that the situation was inevitable. That’s when I started to see the positive sides of the MUP arrangement. You’re free from the workload and financially, a few things are secured. I don’t miss the work anymore, even though I always like to keep busy. I always want to be productive. To create and accomplish things, and now I can do that in my own time.
