Fits with our organization and employees

We value MEPD for their services during coaching and outplacement processes. In particular, because of the way they guide each employee in a practical way, focusing on their strengths and on what they need. This is exactly what makes MEPD a good fit for our employees and our organization.

Last year, we also started offering sustainable employability workshops provided by MEPD. We think it is important to bring this topic to our employees’ attention. In addition, we want these workshops to encourage them to reflect on their own responsibility in this area. These workshops are highly interactive and practically designed. There is plenty of room for peer review and discussion. The feedback from our employees is mostly positive; they found it to be a surprisingly fun and interesting workshop. The fact that they could exchange ideas during the workshop with colleagues from other departments was experienced as an added benefit.
