Vacatures Reintegration Specialist 2nd Track MEPD Central and West
Reintegration Specialist Second Track
Region Central and West | 16 - 24 hours
Together, we make new opportunities possible.
For others and for you.
At MEPD Central and West (offices in Breukelen and Capelle a/d IJssel) we are looking for a reintegration specialist for the second track.
Someone who wants to help people move forward. Who doesn’t just look at limitations, but above all sees opportunities. Whether you are already experienced or eager to grow: we look at who you are and how you can make a difference here.
- You support employees who cannot return to their previous job.
- Together, you explore their talents, possibilities, and new opportunities.
- You work independently and flexibly: sometimes at the office (Breukelen or Capelle), sometimes digitally.
- You ensure clear administration and progress reports (of course, we’ll help you if you’re new).
- Experience with second track processes is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important to us.
- You have a feel for people, are a good listener, and enjoy getting things done.
- You want to develop yourself in the field of reintegration and career mobility.
- (A NOLOC certification? That’s great, but not a strict requirement.)
- Laptop and phone to allow you to work flexibly.
- A good salary (€3500 – €4500) and attractive conditions (CAO Metalektro: 27 vacation days + 13 ATV days).
- Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with guidance and training.
- A warm, experienced team that supports you and thinks along with you.
- A healthy balance between independent work and collaboration.
You’ll join a dedicated and professional team of people-focused workers, where genuine interest in people comes first. Always willing to take that extra step to find a sustainable solution.
Colleague Nelis about MEPD
“MEPD is an organization where you get freedom, where it’s okay to make mistakes, and where you have space to develop yourself further. Every day is different, just as every person is different. One moment I’m guiding an older man who just lost the job he worked at for 40 years, and we focus mainly on the grieving process. The next moment I’m coaching a woman who’s ready for a new step in her career and together we discover her qualities and motivations. Helping people progress and get moving: that’s what gives me energy every day.”
