Leadership skills
In this multi-day training, you will strengthen your leadership skills. You will gain insight into how you communicate, what your leadership style is, and how you give feedback. In addition, you will learn how to conduct a good conversation, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and achieve (even) better collaboration within your team.

In this multi-day training, managers are provided with practical tools and actively practice various themes. The training consists of the five themes listed below:
