What is work really worth if it no longer brings you joy? Using triggers from ‘positive psychology’ and a game format, you will learn more about job satisfaction in this workshop. We will focus on the themes: fun, meaning, and the use of your talents. You will receive tips on which areas offer challenges to increase your enjoyment at work.

This workshop covers the following topics, among others:
- What is work happiness and what is its value?
- The pyramid of work happiness
- Energy boosters and drainers
- Circle of influence
- Creating a personal action plan
- Playing a ‘work happiness’ game
